Chris Morris is a Partner in the International Tax Services and Mergers & Acquisitions Practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Chris’s principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, cross-border financing, financial instruments (including
hybrid financing), corporate restructures and re-financing. Chris has advised corporate and financial buyers, providing both
tax structuring and tax due diligence advice. Chris spent two years in New York, working with PricewaterhouseCoopers US
to establish the Australian tax desk.
