Karen is an Executive Director in Investment Banking at UBS Warburg and is head of the M&A and capital management team. Karen is responsible for all of the capital management work which UBS Warburg has undertaken over the last six years including designing and implementing capital management and capital raising solutions for a range of Australian companies including Woolworths, CBA, AGL, Jupiters, AMP and Fairfax.
