Paul is a highly experienced economist with extensive policy knowledge gained over 20 years through his roles at the Australian Treasury, the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Reserve Bank of Australia. He has provided strategic policy advice on important microeconomic reforms, budget and debt portfolio issues and was a member of the secretariat of the Ralph Review of Business Taxation. Within Infrastructure Australia, Paul has advised on the National Infrastructure Priority List and is currently progressing work on diversifying sources of funding and financing to address Australia's infrastructure challenges.
