Richard is the Chief Executive Officer of the Investment and Financial Services Association (IFSA). He has held this position since 1 August 2002. During the period 1998 to July 2002 Richard was the
Deputy Chief Executive Officer of IFSA. Before his position at IFSA, Richard worked in CUSCAL funds management having moved into
that position following several years as the secretary to the Senate Select Committee on Superannuation during its inquiries into
superannuation guarantee, SIS and superannuation taxation.
