Rodney is a partner in the International Taxes & Transaction Services Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He specialises in stamp duties and other state taxes in all States and Territories. Rodney provides stamp duty structuring advice and implementation support for acquisitions, divestments, corporate reorganisations, structured property transactions, infrastructure projects and financings. He is also a member of the State Taxes Committee of the Law Institute of Victoria.
