On behalf of the Queensland State Council, we invite you to join us at PVW Partners in Townsville for an intimate discussion with Troy Whelan, Regional Director of Private Groups.
As private groups grow, navigating ATO compliance becomes increasingly complex. This session, led by ATO directors, will provide key updates on compliance programs for private groups controlling wealth of over $5 million, common tax risks, as well as strategies to mitigate potential tax risks and manage tax compliance. Attendees will gain insights into the ATO’s focus areas, such as Division 7A and Family Trust Distributions Tax, and proactive steps that can assist to maximise the Voluntary Disclosure process.
