Sharpen Your Edge: One Powerful Day of Transfer Pricing Insights

The Transfer Pricing Masterclass has been streamlined from a two-day conference to a focused one-day program and will be held on 14 August in Sydney.

This year’s Masterclass will delve into key developments and practical issues in transfer pricing, including the impact of US tariffs on supply chains, a practical session on calculating and evaluating an arm’s length quantum of debt, and the latest ATO guidance on modified transfer pricing provisions for capital structure. Attendees will also gain insights into pricing intragroup transfers of intangible assets and embedded royalties, examine the implications of recent international cases such as the High Court’s PepsiCo judgment and Alcoa, and explore the role of experts in disputes. The program will also include an update on SGE compliance, covering country-by-country reporting and the latest PCG/RTP developments.

A networking element will follow the technical sessions, providing a great opportunity to connect with peers and experts in the field. We look forward to seeing everyone there!
