Stay connected with our retired memberships
Retired membership is designed for long-standing members who are stepping back from full-time work but wish to stay connected with the tax profession. If you’ve been a member of The Tax Institute for at least five years and meet the eligibility criteria below, you can apply to transition your membership to retired status.
- Have been a member of The Tax Institute for the last 5 years
- My income from personal exertion does not exceed $30,000 p.a.
- Reached the age of 55 years
- Are no longer in public practice or full-time employment having retired
