In this session, we explored the complexities of managing conflicts of interest (actual or perceived), balancing ethical considerations, and applying an ethical lens to an organisation’s dealings. We also discussed strategies to ensure top-down integrity, transparency and compliance. Attendees received practical advice and insights that not-for-profits can adopt to guide decision-making and maintain trust with key stakeholders.
