Published Date: 1 May 2025

This event presented a line-up of technical and practical sessions that addressed the latest crucial tax, legal and commercial issues primary production businesses, and their advisers, face today. This year’s program was expertly curated by the committee to explore themes including:

  • Corporatising the family farm
  • Exploring both the legal and tax implications of alternative land uses
  • FIRB & State Taxes
  • Succession planning; and
  • Recent changes affecting foreign investment into Ag.

Going beyond theory, the Agribusiness Intensive provided advisers with practical tips and real-world war stories from experts with intricate knowledge in legal, accounting and everything in between.
